The ideal candidate is a dynamic professional with a strong background in marketing, engineering, and automation. You will take ownership of our client's marketing operations, drive lead generation, and collaborate closely with the sales team to maximize performance. This role demands technical expertise, hands-on execution, and the ability to function independently from developers.

outbound team?
In this role, you will:
● Build a lead generation architecture, including scoring pipelines, workflows, and outreach campaigns.
● Plan and execute outbound campaigns, including cold email, LinkedIn automation, and retargeting.
● Manage and optimize HubSpot for CRM workflows, data organization, and performance tracking.
● Collaborate with the SDR team to develop targeted outreach strategies and ensure conversion to SQLs.
● Experiment with and implement new tools, automations, and processes to enhance outbound efficiency.
● Monitor and analyze campaign performance, creating reports for the CEO and sales team.
● Develop and maintain OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) for the outbound team.
Skills you'll need to bring:
● Proven experience in the travel and hospitality industry, with a clear understanding of industry dynamics.
● Minimum of 7 years of experience in B2B marketing, with proven success in LinkedIn and email campaigns.
● Hands-on experience with HubSpot, including CRM setup, workflow automation, and lead tracking.
● Strong understanding of email deliverability tools (e.g., Clay, HeyReach, Expendi, Sendspark, Mailreef).
● Solid technical skills, including the ability to write basic automation scripts and SQL queries.
● Experience running experiments across multiple marketing channels to optimize performance.
● Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
● Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
Nice to have:
Experience in the hospitality industry targeting hotels is a plus.
