We're looking for a highly motivated, creative, and analytical individual to support analytics efforts for our client's product (Setapp).

Who we need
We’re looking for macOS Software Engineers who are true explorers keen on investigating new technologies, passionate about software architecture and system design, responsible and independent, and have a wide range of knowledge in development (not only in your area but also in best engineering practices as well).
Role overview
You will be involved in:
● Restructuring the architecture and conceptual decisions related to the desktop client
● Preparing for the start of work on the user interface (UI) of the product
● The process of rewriting legacy code and writing new code from scratch
● Implementing modern market solutions in desktop client development, such as BFF (Backend for Frontend), GraphQL, and other new technologies.
Skills you'll need to bring:
● 3+ years of macOS/iOS development experience● Strong knowledge of Swift and Objective-C● Profound computer science fundamental knowledge (memory management, concurrency, networking, data persistence, unit testing, profiling, system design, etc.)● Modular project organization knowledge (dynamic/static libraries, linking, dependency management, etc.)● Experience in creating extensions and frameworks● Intermediate English
Would be a plus:
● GraphQL
● SwiftUI & Combine
● Interprocess communication (XPC)
● CoreData
● Experience with Github actions
● Azure
