We seek a Model Training & QA Specialist to ensure high-quality AI model training and validation for Image Recognition.

Who we need
Our client is looking for a Model Training & QA Specialist with strong analytical problem-solving skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a proven ability to meet deadlines. If you’re experienced in MS Excel and have knowledge of GitHub and Python, you’re exactly who we’re looking for! This is a junior-level role where you’ll gain practical experience in AI model training and validation as part of an innovative Validation Analytics Team.
Role overview
What will you do:
● Plan and optimize model training intervals to ensure the Validation Team maximizes efficiency and impact.
● Collaborate with engineering teams to quickly identify and resolve issues encountered during model training using strong analytical problem-solving skills.
● Ensure transparency in AI model training by keeping internal and external stakeholders informed about what’s being done, why, and how the execution is carried out.
● Contribute to the growth of the FORM Image Recognition platform, supporting its expansion and strengthening its position as a global market leader.
● Ensure trust and reliability in model training reports, providing accurate data and insights that Product, Engineering, and Commercial Teams can confidently rely on.
Expectations from candidates:
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a proven ability to meet deadlines.
● Experience in running Python and Bash scripts, performing root-cause analysis, and implementing improvements to enhance overall data quality.
● Experience with MS Excel, with a nice-to-have knowledge of GitHub and Python.
● Results-oriented mindset, with the ability to set success metrics and measure impact to ensure focus on high-value activities.
● When things break - and they will - you are eager and able to help fix things.
● Collaborative approach, working with cross-functional teams to optimize the model training process.
● English proficiency at B2+ level.

Flexible Work Model
You can choose to work remotely or from the Krakow office, which operates in a co-working mode. If you’re not based in Krakow, the team expects you to visit the office at least once every two months.
