Their solutions include a plug-and-play Direct Connection for full control or Fully Managed Services for hands-free optimization, tailored to the unique needs of hospitality providers.

Who we need

As our Senior Business Development Manager, your primary mission is to drive our client’s growth by closing new individual hotel and brand deals. You’ll be the face of the company, leveraging your extensive hospitality network to forge and nurture high-value partnerships that onboard hotels onto Airbnb and Vrbo through their platform.

In this role, you will:

● Drive growth by closing hotel and brand deals
● Tailor proposals to address client needs, showcasing clear ROI
● Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation
● Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor insights to refine strategies
● Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams for seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.

Skills you'll need to bring:

● 7+ Years of Hospitality Experience: Proven track record in revenue management or a similar senior sales role within the hotel sector.
● Strong Network in Hospitality: You thrive on relationship-building and can immediately tap into a robust network of contacts to drive new business.
● Seasoned Sales Professional: Adept at understanding client challenges, tailoring solutions, and articulating ROI in a compelling way.
● Negotiation & Closing Skills: Demonstrated success in sealing high-impact deals, meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
● Data-Driven Mindset: Comfortable utilizing analytics and insights to guide sales strategies and present data-backed recommendations.
● Results-Oriented & Collaborative: You own your objectives, take pride in surpassing goals, and work seamlessly within cross-functional teams.
