This role will support the organization in providing HR processes and services to managers and employees, advise and answer questions related to HR policies, procedures, and processes, and participate in HR projects and initiatives.

In this role, you will do:
● Recruitment: Leading and executing the full-cycle recruitment process
● Onboarding Support: Manage the onboarding process for new hires, offering continuous feedback to improve the employee/contractor experience and provide Paperwork support
● Probation Oversight: Monitor employee/contractor probation check-ins and expirations, coach line managers on conducting probation meetings, and escalate concerns to the HR Team when necessary
● Relocation Assistance: Facilitate the relocation process for eligible employees/contractors
● HR Initiative Development: Assist in researching, designing, and developing HR initiatives. Organization events and help in organizing business trips
● Training/preparation of educational materials for company/employees
● Employee Guidance: Provide professional advice to employees/contractors on general HR-related queries, ensuring alignment with Company policies, values, and procedures
● Employee Relations Support: Bridge the Global HR team and Polish employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues by being the front-line resource for the Polish team. Address organizational changes, employees’ needs, complaints, and offers, proactively creating solutions to challenges by consulting and involving the global HR team to ensure parity among our international teams
● Cooperation with Legal Office: Analysis of the provisions of the Labor Law Code and reporting to the management the need to implement changes
● Policy and Toolkit Support: Aid the HR Team in creating and updating policies, templates, and toolkits to streamline HR processes
● Process Coordination: Assist with local HR processes at the employee/contractor level, such as annual performance reviews, benefits programs, and wellbeing initiatives support. Management support with annual compensation reviews and reports
Ensure our HR procedures comply with regulatory requirements and best practices.
● Leadership: Contribute to and lead local and global HR projects and initiatives across various HR and business functions. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
● Nurture a positive working environment and uphold our high standard for workplace culture
● HR System Management: Utilize the company’s HR CRM to support HR processes and data management
● Offboarding and Talent Retention: Assist in managing the offboarding experience, provide data-driven insights into leaving trends, and propose recommendations to retain top talent. Labor law guidance and paperwork support.
Expertise you'll need to bring:
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
● Proven experience 3+ years in HR roles
● Fluency in English
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
● Ability to work independently and remotely, managing priorities effectively
● A proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented mindset.
