We are seeking a Portfolio Performance Manager to join our client's team

Our client is a specialized platform that helps hotels list and manage their properties on short-term rental sites like Airbnb and Vrbo. Their solutions include a plug-and-play Direct Connection for full control or Fully Managed Services for hands-free optimization, tailored to the unique needs of hospitality providers.

Who we need

As a Portfolio Performance Manager (PPM), you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the performance of a portfolio of hotels listed on Airbnb, VRBO, and other short-term rental platforms. The goal is to maximize revenue, ensure high-quality listings, and build strong relationships with property owners and managers. You will analyze performance data, implement strategic changes, and negotiate contract extensions to drive long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue & Performance Optimization

● Monitor and analyze portfolio performance metrics (occupancy, ADR, conversion rates, etc.)
● Develop and implement pricing strategies to optimize revenue
● Recommend and coordinate promotions, incentives, and seasonal adjustments to boost bookings
● Identify underperforming listings and implement corrective actions.

Property Engagement & Relationship Management

Serve as the main point of contact for property owners and managers
● Build and maintain strong relationships to enhance collaboration and trust
● Negotiate contract extensions and onboard new properties into the portfolio
● Provide insights and recommendations to property partners to improve guest experiences and revenue.

Onboarding & Quality Assurance

Ensure seamless onboarding of new properties with high-quality listings● Oversee listing optimization, including photography, descriptions, and amenities● Continuously review and update property listings to maintain platform compliance and competitiveness.

Data Analysis & Strategic Adjustments

Leverage data analytics to drive strategic decisions
● Generate performance reports and present actionable insights to stakeholders
● Implement A/B testing on pricing, promotions, and listing content to improve conversion rates.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field preferred
● 1+ years of experience in account management, revenue management, or hospitality (hotels)
● Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, BI tools, etc.)
● Experience working with Airbnb, VRBO, or other short-term rental platforms
● Excellent communication and negotiation skills
● Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties efficiently
● Familiarity with dynamic pricing tools and revenue management strategies.
