Role overview

As a part of the team you will:

● Take ownership and responsibility: within our team, everyone can count on others. The work of every team member delights everyone else. We value this and expect this from new teammates● Build micro-service architectures, deploy systems to production, monitor, optimize, scale● Contribute ideas to improve product, processes, algorithms● Work closely with ML team deploying LLM-based algos● Share knowledge and learn yourself. Advocate for best practices to advance the standards

What we expect:

● Python, SOLID, Design Patterns - absolutely essential and high proficiency required● 6+ years of experience in Backend. At least 2 years of experience as Senior Engineer● Ability to write well-structured, testable code with thoughtful abstractions and interfaces● High proficiency of Data Structures and Algorithms● Clear communication, self-organization skills, desire for ownership over significant part of Backend● English: good enough to read and write code documentation● Basic DevOps and Kubernetes, proficiency with Docker and Linux● Nice to have: experience building data pipelines
